In order to utilize your account(s)/product(s), we need you to do the following:

1. Funding of account
2. Send indentification documents, copies of your identity documents and a utility bill by email to support@userbancorp.com or by telefax +64 9 353 1598


1. Funding of account

The initial deposit need to be minimum 250 for private account and 500 for corporate account in the currency of your choice. No maximum limit for wire transfer.

Funding instruction by Western Union or MoneyGram

Make a payment of the minimum initial deposit to the name of;

When you receive your receipt, please provide the reference number, the amount paid and currency, including your name and address as stated on the receipt.

What happens after I have funded my account?
Once funding has been done, we will send your login details so that you can access your account online. You can then choose if you want the funds to be accessed through wire transfer or into your personal MasterCard.


2. Send your identification documents

This allows us to verify you and your address.

You only need to send a copy of your passport or goverment issued ID/drivers license together with one utility bill (water-, gas-, electricity-, internet-, cable TV- or telephone bill issued in applicants name showing the address)

Your funds/deposits will be available as soon as we have received your identification documents

If you don't have the possibility to scan your documents at this moment, these documents can be sent at a later stage by e-mail to support@userbancorp.com , by telefax +64 9 353 1598
