A. We can open an account for you in a few minutes. We are required by international law to confirm your identity and you can start depositing funds from the moment we receive these documents.
Q. In what currencies can I open my account?
A. Currently we offer accounts in US Dollars, Euros, GB Pounds, Canadian Dollars, and Swiss Francs. Your account can accept incoming wires in any denomination although the sending bank may charge you for this.

Q. What fees and costs do you have to pay?
A. We will charge fees on your accounts and for any services we provide. We will deduct those fees from your account. A list of our current fees is available on request from User Bancorp Ltd. We may change the amount of those fees or impose new fees as long as we give you notice at least 30 days before we make a change or impose a fee.We will deduct from your account any government charges or levies that you (or we on your behalf) are required to paywe incur any costs in relation to your account or for any services we provide, then you must pay us the amount of those costs. We will deduct any costs that we incur from any of your accounts.
Q. What interest will you be paid?
A. Some of our account types may entitle you to interest on the credit balance of the account. If we have agreed to pay interest on the credit balance of a particular account, then interest will be calculated daily on the closing balance of the previous day for that account and will be credited to that account at the end each calendar month, unless otherwise advised by us.For some accounts we may require you to retain a minimum balance in one or a combination of accounts, make minimum deposits, or make no more than a specified number of withdrawals in any month in order to qualify for interest to be paid on the credit balance of the account. In some cases these requirements will need to be met in order to qualify for higher interest rates or additional “bonus” interest payments.
